Chargers
The San Diego Chargers are a National Football League team that plays professional football here in San Diego. The Chargers play at Qualcomm Stadium in Mission Valley about 5 minutes east of Downtown San Diego off of Interstate 8.
The Chargers are very popular in San Diego and the fans here always seem to get behind the team. You will see many people on the street wearing Chargers jerseys especially during game days.
Going to a game at Qualcomm is always a good time. The tail gaiting in the parking lot before games is popular amongst Charger fans and begins hours before kickoff. The team normally puts on a good show. Many fans flock to the local bars ariound Downtown or the bars along the beach communities.
