House of Blues

House of Blues is one of San Diego's best locations for music concerts from some of the best known bands that visit Southern California. The Downtown House of Blues is mostly standing room only, but it does have some limited seating available.

Most visitors enjoy the music but often complain about having to stand on concrete floors for long periods of time. When the very popular bands perform the venue can get awfully crowded. The food has a New Orleans flair to it and is often something people who eat at the House of Blues complain about. Alcohol drinks are expensive and you can expect to pay nearly $10 for a good mixed drink.
