University of California San Diego

University of California is located in the beutiful area of La Jolla. However, when the best thing to say about the school is the location that is not usually a good thing. The students who attend the school more often than not say they would not come back here if given choice. The education received at the school is pretty decent despite large classes and inaccessible professors. The social life is as non-existent as can be considering the school is located in one of the best social cities in the entire world.

The school is often referred to as a commuter school as many students go home on the weekends. The appearence of campus buildings offer very little in terms of adding to the overall value of the school and in general the campus looks like a very large community college.

The University of California is one of the four major colleges in San Diego that also includes San Diego State University, the University of San Diego and Point Loma Nazarene.
